- Manage and streamline operational systems, policies, compliance and Board administration
- Lead process improvements, compliance monitoring, and WHS initiatives
- Manage HR functions, staff lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and development
- Proven operations experience with a business administration background
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS and integrated IT solutions
- Undertaken office management roles, including compliance and policy implementation
- Desirable experience in the international development or NGO sector
