We’re seeking a results-driven Transport Operations Manager to lead daily operations across NSW for a reputable, service-led logistics provider. This role offers a blend of operational leadership and customer engagement, supported by a high-performing team and direct access to executive decision-makers.What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage day-to-day transport operations and fleet performance
- Maintain and exceed DIFOT (delivery in full, on time) targets
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Coach, lead, and support frontline teams across multiple sites
- Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Report on operational performance and contribute to strategic planning
- Strong experience in transport and logistics operations leadership
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Strong working knowledge of NHVR regulations and transport compliance
- Customer-focused approach with a commercial mindset
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency
- Salary package of $120,000 – $140,000 + Super
