- Develop and execute strategies aligned with growth plans and encourage new thinking for long-term customer partnerships and growth
- Improve market understanding through competitive benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis and lead and communicate diverse service offerings to drive growth.
- Support and optimise the Toll Sales 2 Delivery process for transparency and opportunity investment.
- Enhance customer support and delivery capabilities across borders.
- Generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities through networking and develop and manage high-value relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and liaise with stakeholders.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent (essential)
- Proven experience in business development (approximately 5+ years); demonstrated experience working in a logistics environment or related industry; proven experience in managing large accounts in a contracting business maintaining strong customer relationships; developed network of contacts and customers nationally.
- Previous experience in a commercial or finance role (essential)
- Comparable industry experience (desired)
