We’re seeking an experienced Transport Manager to take the lead in a fast-paced FMCG (or similar) environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a fleet and a team of 20, ensuring full compliance with safety and audit requirements, and driving operational efficiency every day.This is the perfect role for a strong leader who thrives on balancing compliance rigor with hands-on operational management.Why you’ll want this role:

Your day-to-day:

Lead, coach and develop a large transport team
Oversee vehicle compliance, maintenance schedules & safety checks
Optimise route planning for efficiency and cost control
Conduct audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership in transport or logistics management
Strong knowledge of vehicle compliance, WHS, and audit processes
Experience in FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or similar high-volume industries
Data-driven problem solver with strong route optimisation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Location: Sydney Region
