• Assist with the development and implementation of the Goods and Services Procurement Framework
• Ensure procurement processes align with organisational policies and guidelines
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Support tendering activities, including preparing documentation and evaluating submissions
• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier agreements
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities

• A solid understanding of procurement principles and practices
• Experience in preparing tender documentation and evaluating supplier proposals
• Experience in procurement within infrastructure or construction environments (Vic Gov experience desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
