
CRM Coordinator

- Campaign Management: Collaborate with Marketing and external teams to help plan
- Execution: Build, test, and launch personalised communications through the Salesforce
- Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns that reach customers at the
- Data & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports. Work
- Loyalty Optimisation: Play a key role in executing and evolving the White Fox Loyalty
- Liaise with external partners and internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure
- 1-2 years’ experience in a CRM or Loyalty role, ideally within eCommerce or retail
- Proven experience with customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights
