
Senior Sustainability Analyst

- Support the co-ordination and execution of sustainability projects, pilots, training and other initiatives
- Co-ordinate the Modern Slavery working group including engaging with stakeholders in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands
- Draft the Modern Slavery statement and engage with key stakeholders to ensure the statement satisfies local regulatory requirements
- Implement and oversee the delivery of the Modern Slavery action plan
- Develop project plans and provide project management for key sustainability initiatives
- Lead the administrative functions of the team
- Support analysis and input into Country x Sector Plan reporting requirements and associated projects;
- Support communications and engagement activities of the Sustainability team across the business
- Co-ordinate the policy review process including engaging with local stakeholders and subject-matter experts, co-ordinating feedback and engaging with global stakeholders.
- Support the Sustainability Team with a variety of administrative tasks in relation to projects, pilots, IT and meeting arrangements
- Bachelor’s degree or Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, agricultural science, sustainability or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience in the finance sector.
- Experience in sustainability analysis and reporting
- Experience in development of sustainability strategies and plans.
- An understanding of ESG policies.
- Understanding of sustainability and ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting frameworks
- High degree of knowledge in MS Office Suite, Power Bi and data analysis skills
- Project and workflow management skills
- Good communication skills
