These roles are essential in maintaining financial stability, managing school assets, and supporting administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Representing the school with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone.
  • Providing accurate information and support to parents, students, staff, and community members.
  • Creating a welcoming and supportive office environment.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as invoicing, finance, enrolments, attendance tracking, first aid, and other duties that support student needs.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services to manage financial, human, and physical resources with attention to detail and flexibility.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in office administration within a busy school environment.
  • Confident phone manner and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SIS, RM Billing, RM Finance, HRMIS, and Compass.

  • Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
