Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders
Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
Developing budgets and monitor project costs
Attend and prepare tender meetings

Requirements

3+ years of Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
Government experience favorable but not required
Proficient with CostX and Cubit softwares
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
