In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients using our Access Accountants suite of products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring a seamless experience and driving client satisfaction and retention. Your role will also include finding new business, cross-selling opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.Day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understand their needs and objectives, proactively identifying solutions to meet clients' needs, mitigate risks and discuss challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
- Focus on achieving sales targets and growth objectives through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and reports as needed.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/customer service role within the IT or SaaS industry - experience within the Accountancy space would be a real asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, whilst paying attention to detail.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
