- Lead and develop a high-performing team of risk professionals.
- Oversee the annual risk profile, audits, remediation, and control effectiveness.
- Establish and manage executive risk committees across multiple portfolios.
- Drive remediation and compliance uplift linked to regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and influence enterprise governance.
- Present risk insights and updates at Board and executive level.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 10–15 years’ experience in enterprise risk, audit, or assurance across large organisations.
- Proven leadership capability with direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives and Boards.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO31000, COBIT, ISO27001).
