
SAP Payroll Officer - Work From Home 3 Days Per Week

- Manage core data from SAP S/4 HANA, Taleo, Concur, Navigo, and ServiceNow, with exposure to Oracle HCM.
- Become a specialist with Union and Award compliance.
- Cross train into other payroll functions.
- Review and validate employment conditions and manage employee data for new hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, allowances, deductions, superannuation, personal data updates, and employee benefits.
- Conduct weekly, fortnightly and monthly compliance audit reports to proactively identify and resolve errors.
- EBA interpretation to maintain compliance with over 90 Enterprise Agreements (and growing!).
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and inquiries from stakeholders, collaborating with internal P&C teams to resolve issues.
- Experience in high-volume payroll operations using SAP.
- Strong understanding of multiple EBA’s and their complexities.
- Excel (intermediate to advanced skills).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues and advise stakeholders on complex matters.
