
Site Project Engineer

- Follow Procedures: Ensure Siemens Energy procedures for Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Inspection and Finding reports (IFR) are adhered to, and all relevant protocols and forms are completed and signed.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support for Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and Site Supervisors, ensuring quality documentation is correctly completed and data is transferred to the master digital record.
- Customer Collaboration: Work with Siemens Energy technical leads and supervisors to make recommendations to the customer regarding findings or non-conformances, and secure agreement on actions to be taken.
- Corrective Actions: Raise IFRs for any findings, ensure customer acknowledgment before rectification, and confirm corrective actions have ITPs and meet required standards.
- Supervision and Documentation: Supervise off-site work, ensure all Change Orders and Variations have ITPs, and confirm all ITPs and record sheets are signed off before commissioning works.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in preparing and implementing the project Quality Plan, ensuring all contractual and OEM requirements are met, and contribute to the continuous improvement of site processes and digitalization initiatives.
- Degree Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Trade Certificate Qualifications with significant experience
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in rotating equipment
- General commercial and contractual understanding.
- Outstanding Customer service and relationship skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- Attention to detail and excellence in the area of processes and document control
- A strong proficiency in the English language is essential
