- Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
- Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.
- Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred.
- A passion for food and exceptional customer service
- A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
- ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain. (We will provide)
