- Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry and competitors
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management
- A network in Commercial Real Estate is essential
- Strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard services
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of self-perform/self-delivery models is encouraged
