- Need a strong Application support person who has primarily worked on supporting end user customers,
- Understand existing platform and products workflow, business lifecycles in order to assist platform users
- Support and assist platform customers with technical production issues, queries and support requests
- Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production issues
- work closely with the technology teams, product managers, and business teams to resolve and close support requests.
- Provide severity and scope analysis of issues, inquiries, and requests.
- Maintain ownership until resolution of technical issue.
- Evaluate production support process and provide feedback.
- Design production support procedures, policies and documentation.
- Organize multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries from other sources.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 5 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
