  • Need a strong Application support person who has primarily worked on supporting end user customers,
  • Understand existing platform and products workflow, business lifecycles in order to assist platform users
  • Support and assist platform customers with technical production issues, queries and support requests
  • Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production issues
  • work closely with the technology teams, product managers, and business teams to resolve and close support requests.
  • Provide severity and scope analysis of issues, inquiries, and requests.
  • Maintain ownership until resolution of technical issue.
  • Evaluate production support process and provide feedback.
  • Design production support procedures, policies and documentation.
  • Organize multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries from other sources.
Ideal Profile
  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 5 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
