Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.To thrive in this role, you will have:At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed the most.Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy HealthProvide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident careWork in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely informationPreferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends.Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.A current NDIS Workers Screening check.Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.Ready to help us shape the future of healthcare?Join us and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives - and your career.Are you ready to apply for this role?
