Job Description:Senior Business Analyst - Practice Management System Enhancement ProjectWe are partnering with a leading private health services provider looking to scale and modernise their business operations and practice management system. With multiple sites across their network, and ambitious growth plans, this is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in a high-impact healthcare project working directly across the business and with the vendor to deliver real tangible benefits to the business.The RoleThey are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can bring structure, clarity, and delivery focus to a complex environment. This role requires someone who is hands-on, comfortable engaging with SMEs, and experienced in guiding stakeholders through the project management process and managing a vendor to deliver in on time and to budget.Key responsibilities include:

Leading requirements gathering, SME engagement, and establishing priority lists.
Supporting business case development and vendor management.
Driving system upgrades and transition from on-premise to SaaS/cloud.
Managing diverse stakeholders including doctors, practice managers, operations, and finance teams.
Facilitating UAT and ensuring quality delivery outcomes.
Running weekly stand-ups with internal teams and vendors.

Stakeholder Environment

Each hospital has its own technology stack, with systems hosted on local servers.
Key stakeholders include Operations Managers, hospital technology teams, Practice Managers, Finance & Reporting teams, and IT/Support leads.
Projects cover areas such as billing automation, AI integration with the PMS, vendor reporting, and SaaS migration.

Challenges & Opportunities

Stakeholder maturity in project management is still developing - education and guidance will be key.
Vendor accountability and delivery discipline will be part of your remit.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior BA or hybrid BA/PM, ideally in healthcare or a regulated industry.
Strong background in requirements gathering, business case development, and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage vendors, drive SaaS/cloud transitions, and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
