About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead end-to-end business analysis and stakeholder engagement across complex transformation programs. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that drive measurable outcomes and align with our strategic goals.Day to day, you'll:
Lead stakeholder engagement to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes.
Elicit and document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements using advanced facilitation and analytical techniques.
Analyse, elicit, and document business processes in line with the Enterprise process standards.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, including system and data requirements.
Maintain ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate across business and IT to coordinate complex work and manage communication channels.
Conduct feasibility assessments and ensure compatibility of new solutions with existing systems.
Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to support solution design.
Ensure compliance with legislative and organisational processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in business analysis within complex transformation projects.
Prior experience in financial services organisations (knowledge of investment operations and superannuation would be beneficial).
Experience in using formal modelling techniques to document business processes (e.g. BPMN, APQC)
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage analysis work schedules and deliver under tight timeframes.
Technical knowledge of modern business systems and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ARIS, and MS Visio.
