You'll be heavily involved in rolling out and supporting ERP modules across core property functions including Financials, Property management and lease administration, Facilities management, Investment and asset management, Procurement and supplier managementWorking closely with business stakeholders, you'll ensure the system delivers on functionality, usability, and compliance, while driving improvements and future enhancements.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ERP modules across property and finance during an implementation
- Gather requirements, configure workflows, and deliver improvements
- Provide user training and act as system SME
- Playing a key role in ongoing ERP and transformation projects.
- Working with external vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues.
- Solid ERP system experience (Yardi highly regarded, but other ERP/property systems considered).
- Strong business analysis skills; ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Experience with system administration, upgrades, or integrations.
- Good reporting and data skills (Power BI desirable).
Hands-on exposure to mid-tier property ERPs such as Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, Dynamics 365, or TechnologyOne will be considered very advantageous.Why this role?This is a chance to step into a high-profile role in a respected property group where technology is seen as a driver of business success.
