
Senior Underground Construction Manager

- Lead all underground construction activities within the Powerhouse Complex.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to manage complex schedules and resources.
- Provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Oversee quality control processes and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor budgets and drive cost-effective construction solutions.
- Foster effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15-20 years' experience in major civil construction projects, with a strong focus on underground, tunnelling, or powerhouse works.
- At least 5 years in a senior construction management role.
- Proven leadership in managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- White Card and valid driver's licence.
