With a strong emphasis on digital transformation, data-led decision-making, and performance improvement, we are building a best-in-class finance function to support our next phase of expansion.You'll be part of a values-driven, agile organisation where your impact will be immediate, visible, and deeply appreciated.We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a 12 - month contract to support the business during an acquisition and system implementation.This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and robust accounting fundamentals.This role offers work from home flexibility 2 days per weekKey Responsibilities

Balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Ensure revenue and expenses are recognised in line with accounting standards
Prepare journal entries, accruals prepayments, and provisions
Prepare monthly management accounts, variances, and commentary
Lodge tax statements - BAS, GST, FBT, PAYG
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial advice and answer queries
P&L analysis and presentation to senior stakeholders
Year-end reporting and audit compliance

What We're Looking For

Ability to start in

2 weeks * Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent project delivery skills: planning, governance, communication, and risk management.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
