
People and Culture Coordinator

- This is an asap start contract role until 19th of December
- Located in Adelaide’s northern suburbs
- Hybrid role with exposure to both local and global HR systems
- Support a collaborative People & Culture team in a trusted organisation

- Provide day-to-day admin support to the People & Culture team
- Draft employee contracts, letters, and manage personnel files
- Maintain HR records in Workday and other internal systems
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Support reporting, audits, and compliance processes
- Help coordinate internal P&C projects and employee engagement events
- Liaise with stakeholders locally and internationally
- Australian Citizen
- Strong administrative background in HR or P&C teams
- Confident using Excel and managing multiple systems
- Experience with HRIS (Workday highly desirable)
- Great attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Previous experience in a HR or P&C support role
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
