Managing the full proposal process, from kick-off through to submission Coordinating meetings and key milestones to keep proposals on track Supporting win strategy sessions and helping develop key messaging Writing and editing non-technical content to align with client needs Ensuring compliance with internal approvals and submission requirements Contributing to and maintaining a library of proposal resources and templates Supporting early-stage positioning and pursuit activities, including assisting with capture planning, win strategy workshops and client-focused content development. 5-7 years of experience in proposals and bids Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness Experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
