With a steadily expanding pipeline and multiple projects already underway, they are now seeking an accomplished Site Manager to drive the successful delivery of their upcoming pipeline.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of major multi-residential developments valued from $50M - $100M across Canberra. The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines. You’ll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.DUTIES.

Manage all on-site operations from structural works through to final handover
Lead, develop, and mentor junior staff and site teams
Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
Oversee site safety, quality control, and day-to-day logistics
Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

Proven track record as a Site Manager on multi-res projects
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and project sequencing
Ability to manage program, budgets, safety, and quality effectively
Trade background or Construction Management qualification preferable
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
