- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or equivalent relevant experience in Defence or complex logistics projects
- Extensive experience with requirements elicitation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of DOORS for requirement traceability
- Solid understanding of systems engineering methodologies and lifecycle
- Experience managing requirements baselines for complex defence projects
- Engineering background in RF, HF, or communications disciplines
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary Defence engineering environment.
- An active NV-1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled information
- Knowledge of naval combat systems and interfaces
- Exposure to MBSE/MBSD (SysML, DoDAF) and modelling tools (e.g., MagicDraw, Rhapsody)

Collaborating across engineering disciplines, you will ensure requirements are defined, traced, and verified throughout the engineering lifecycle.What You'll Do
- Lead requirements elicitation and development
- Define verification and validation (V&V) methods, test cases and environments
- Maintain traceability of requirements using DOORS
- Ensure alignment between system requirements and design
- Support transition to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices
