About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Program Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling project success through expert analysis, mentoring, and process improvement. You’ll support Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers with financial forecasting, procurement, scheduling, risk and issue management, and governance. You’ll also lead and nurture a high-performing team Program Analysts.Day to day, you'll:
  • Provide leadership and direction across project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, whilst ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Deliver financial analysis and insights to support budget construction and forecasting.
  • Manage purchase orders and procurement processes, mitigating related risks.
  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Analyse and report on project milestones, dependencies, and progress.
  • Lead risk and issue identification, mitigation planning, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Transformation Office on resource planning and capacity management.
  • Mentor team members in financial, scheduling, and risk management practices.
  • Drive process and tool improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.About youIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
  • Proven leadership capability in project environments, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving project outcomes through effective planning, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with MS Project Server/Online, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
  • Demonstrated experience working as Program Analyst across multi-disciplinary projects or complex program of work.
  • Proven background in PMO environments and program/portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of delivery frameworks and risk control.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
