As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More.Sales Delivery Coordinator - New Machine DeliveryWesTrac is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Delivery Coordinator to join our New Machine Delivery team in Tomago.Reporting to the Sales Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end delivery process of new machine deals-from processing Shop Get Ready Forms and Work Packs to overseeing Revenue Recognition and Cost Estimates, through to final delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate assigned deals throughout the build phase, including accurate forecasting of completion and delivery dates for business reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Work Packs.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements within the New Machine Delivery department.
  • Oversee accurate and efficient invoicing following machine delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure contract requirements and delivery timelines are met.
Skills & Experience
  • Cert III in Customer Service or Business Administration or experience in a similar role preferably from a sales environment.
  • Strong customer focus and passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal with the ability to influence customer outcomes.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships.
