With sites in QLD and NSW, they pride themselves on delivering 100% natural, farm-quality juice – from grove to glass – through their fast-paced and innovative manufacturing process.Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Machine Operators to join the team at their Mansfield site in Brisbane. This role offers consistent shifts, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment in the beverage manufacturing industry.Benefits:

Consistent Monday to Friday afternoon shift (2pm–10pm)
Competitive pay at $38.82 per hour (casual rate, incl. shift allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery (including fillers and packaging equipment)
Monitor and maintain product quality and compliance with food safety standards
Ensure efficient production flow and meet daily output targets
Complete accurate documentation and maintain production records
Follow workplace safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Previous production experience in food or beverage manufacturing is essential
Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg (not a regular requirement)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude
