
L2 IT Support Officer - $95k + super

- Provide Level 2 support across client environments, resolving escalated issues efficiently
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to minimise downtime and prevent issues
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges and escalate when required
- Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members in their technical development
- Deliver high-quality customer service across both remote and onsite engagements
- Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role (MSP experience highly regarded)
- Strong technical skills across AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and working to ITIL practices
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a true problem-solving mindset
