Randstad Digital are seeking two experienced and highly capable IT Support Officers for a 3-month contract to join a dedicated team supporting a major corporate client in Brisbane. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will be working directly within the client's city office, providing essential IT service desk and desktop support.Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level IT support, addressing a wide range of technical issues.
Manage and resolve tickets as part of a busy IT service desk.
Perform desktop support tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Assist users with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Work collaboratively with the client’s team to ensure smooth IT operations.

About You:

You are a smart, hands-on professional with a strong background in IT support.
You have demonstrated experience in a similar IT service desk or desktop support role.
You possess a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
You are an excellent problem-solver with a proactive approach to your work.
You have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
