We also value higher learning and have our own practice development clinicians who are dedicated to supporting the professional growth of clinicians to provide the best care possible.This is an incredibly unique and diverse role, which branches across four main areas - Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry and APACER. Unlike other mental health services where staff generally are siloed into one specific team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of unique settings and be a valued member of a supportive team which provide support across each stream depending on demand.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Relevant qualification and registration in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
  • Skill and experience conducting Mental Health Crisis Assessments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated high work performance, is a team player who is patient-focused, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Practices within a recovery-oriented framework
