About the companyOur client is a high-performing, profit-to-member superannuation fund, currently undergoing strategic growth.With a strong emphasis on delivering the best outcomes for members, the organisation fosters a culture of support, collaboration, and trust.Employees enjoy flexible working arrangements and cross-functional exposure across both public and private markets, contributing to a stimulating and rewarding work environment.About the roleAs an Investment Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational oversight of investment data, transactions, and fund activities across public and private asset classes.You will work closely with the front office, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and robust fund support—particularly with a growing focus on private markets, including private credit.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate asset set-up across internal systems;
Manage transactions, cash flow movements, and fund maintenance across public and private markets;
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple platforms;
Assist in the preparation and review of GP reporting and fund data;
Ensure data integrity across systems including eFront and Aladdin;
Engage regularly with front office teams to support investment decision-making and queries; AND
Support operational processes for private market investments, particularly private credit.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

3–5 years of experience in investment operations within superannuation and/or funds management;
Solid understanding of both public and private markets, ideally with exposure to private credit;
Proven experience in reconciliations, fund maintenance, and data management;
Exposure to eFront (required) and/or Aladdin systems is highly desirable;
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; AND
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
