
Customer Service/Despatch

- Serve drivers at the dispatch window, issue paperwork for collections/deliveries
- Answer inbound calls (internal and external) and respond to enquiries
- Book transport via portals and carrier timeslots for next-day collections
- Raise and reconcile CHEP dockets
- Handle general dispatch admin and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed correctly
- Prioritise tasks to meet daily deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- High level of organisation and time management
