About Our ClientOur client is a leading mixed use giga project in KSA central to the KSA Vision 2030. It is a multi billion project focusing on luxury hospitality, commercial offices, retail among othersJob DescriptionStrategic Planning:
  • Develop construction strategies and plans in alignment with project objectives and client requirements
  • Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Establish construction methodologies and standards to ensure quality and efficiency
Project Management:
  • Lead and oversee all phases of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout
  • Coordinate with project managers, PMCs and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders regarding construction-related matters
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and address concerns
  • Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Establish quality assurance processes and standards for construction activities
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial office projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are desirable.
  • Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification is a plus
