Responsibilities (What you ll do daily) * Sales & Strategy
  • Execute and optimize ANZ sales and GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy.
  • Adapt global messaging to local ANZ market.
  • Lead Generation
  • Identify and qualify new prospects.
  • Work with marketing & partners on campaigns and events.
  • Pitching & Closing Deals
  • Prepare/present proposals.
  • Negotiate terms with support from internal teams & partners.
  • Partner Ecosystem
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create opportunities.
  • Promote visibility of company solutions via partnerships.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with internal practice leads & cross-functional teams.
  • Co-create thought leadership and sales assets.
  • Learning & Growth
  • Stay updated on new tools, market trends, and technology.
  • Embrace feedback and improve continuously.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in sales / growth / account management in consulting or services.
  • Experience in new client acquisition.
  • Strong network in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Ability to talk about customer challenges & emerging trends.
  • Experience in data, marketing, product engineering, and customer technology.
  • Worked in professional services / consulting / engineering environment.
  • Experience partnering with tech companies.
  • Comfortable working remote + travel within ANZ.
