- Developing Advanced Works Notifications and internal newsletters
- Engage with the public, councils, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
- Assist in planning and delivering internal events and staff engagement activities
- Provide backup support for the 24/7 Operations Support Centre
- Collaborate with project managers and business operations to ensure consistent messaging
- Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or administration preferably in construction or road maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
- Friendly, driven, and eager to learn
- Comfortable engaging face-to-face with diverse stakeholders
