- New System Review: Conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and supporting the evaluation of a new enterprise system.
- Enhancement Project: Supporting an ongoing system enhancement initiative, where you will also gain valuable project management exposure, including coordinating activities and providing project status updates.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Analyse and review system processes, identifying improvements and enhancements
- Assist with project coordination, reporting, and communication of progress
- Contribute to testing, training, and implementation support activities
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in system or application projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordinating activities
- Some exposure or interest in project management is highly regarded
- Initial 6-month contract, with potential to extend or transition to permanent
- Hybrid working: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
