- Empower local business teams: Develop finance, analytical skills, and commercial understanding within local branch management
- Drive Financial Performance: Monitor revenue, profit, and cash against targets, creating contingency plans and action plans for growth (including customer segmentation and pricing)
- Provide Financial Insight: Analyze data to generate valuable insights, deliver accurate forecasts with sensitivity analysis, and support informed management decisions, risk mitigation, and opportunity identification
- Manage Financial Processes: Support the monthly financial close and reporting cycle with rolling forecasts, support annual budget preparation, and contribute to robust and timely budget delivery. Review and support pricing decisions that directly impact margin build-up and overall profitability
- Enhance Financial Operations: Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to financial system development, ensure governance standards, and support reporting to senior leadership on performance, including for acquisitions
- Support the M&A program as required, pre acquisition through to post acquisition integration and reporting

- Strong Financial Planning and Communication Skills: Proficient in financial planning and analysis, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Exhibits a high level of intelligence and creativity in problem-solving.
- Organized with Advanced Excel Skills: Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and possesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills
