If you love working in an established corporate business whilst being part of their growth and expansion, then check us out!We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer in Melbourne. This part time role gives you a choice of 25-32 hours a week across 3-5 days on a 12-month fixed term contract.In this role, you’ll:
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives
  • Drive talent development, employee engagement and workforce planning
  • Lead complex employee relations and change projects
  • Help evolve our performance and reward frameworks
  • Bring data-driven insights that support great decision-making

You’ll have the autonomy to make a difference, the support to do it well, and the flexibility to make life work.QualificationsAs someone that loves to help build and develop HR practises, you'll have well rounded experince and the following attributes:
  • Proven solid experience in a senior HR advisory or business partner role
  • Strength in employee relations, organisational development, and strategic HR planning
  • Someone proactive, collaborative, and passionate about people
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
  • A passion for continuous learning and innovation in HR practices.
