- Leading the successful delivery of capital works projects in accordance with agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establishing and managing Project Control Groups to facilitate stakeholder engagement and project governance.
- Ensuring project scopes incorporate Environmentally Sustainable Design principles and lifecycle cost considerations.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Managing project handover processes, including defect inspections, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Overseeing procurement and commissioning of furniture, fittings, and equipment to meet project specifications.
- Maintaining accurate financial reporting and project documentation.
- Contributing to continuous improvement through documentation and application of project learnings.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Property, Architecture, or a related discipline, or a trade background in construction.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction-related project management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations.
- A current Australian full driver’s licence.
- QBCC Builders Licence or Site Supervisor Class and White Card (desirable).
