Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and possess a deep understanding of luxury beauty?As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Myer Sydney City, Armani Beauty Counter. You will lead and inspire a team of talented Beauty Advisors, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.JOIN OUR TEAM

Motivate, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Achieve personal and counter sales targets, exceeding KPIs and contributing to the overall success of the brand. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximise sales and profitability
Oversee daily counter operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
Provide expert beauty advice and personalised consultations to clients, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and artistry
Partner with Retail and Education Managers to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives

WHO YOU ARE

5+ years of experience in beauty management, preferably with a three-axis beauty brand (fragrance, skincare, and makeup)
A deep understanding of current makeup and cosmetic trends, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve
Demonstrated experience in makeup or skincare retail, with a strong understanding of customer service excellence
Makeup certification/diploma or equivalent experience in professional makeovers
Proven ability to strategise, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
