The ClientSharp & Carter has been engaged by an iconic retail business with a stable of household names under their banner. A well known name and an Australian success story, the organisation is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the business in providing strategic advice and assistance through a period of change and transformation.The ChallengeReporting directly to a senior finance leader with key business partnering relationships with senior stakeholders company wide, we are seeking expression of interest from candidates with significant experience in process improvement across finance and systems projects.Key responsibilities:

Partner with Finance stakeholders and the wider business to support process change and problem solving
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to implement change and process improvement
Work with multiple accounting, ERP and other systems, identifying key areas of improvement
Facilitate UAT delivery
Drive and facilitate process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
Support the testing of system changes
Prepare documentation of new processes and workflows
Ad-hoc additional special projects as they arise

The Successful ApplicantWe are seeking an experienced financial or systems accountant who has had exposure to ERP and systems projects. This candidate will have keen problem solving skills and an ability to partner with cross functional stakeholders. CA/CPA qualification and retail/fmcg industry experience is desirable.- Experience with MS Dynamix or Business Central highly desirable!The Benefits
