- Build lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create email & SMS campaigns that drive engagement
- Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimise performance
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product & Distribution teams
- Use AI tools to accelerate builds and troubleshoot efficiently
- Maintain campaign documentation & metrics reporting
- 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, AMPScript)
- Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive email templates
- Experience in enterprise-scale campaigns
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and optionally Photoshop/Illustrator
