A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.What you'll be doing:As the Affiliate Coordinator within our Paid Media Team, you'll play a key role in driving the growth and performance of our affiliate marketing program. You'll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, planning and executing campaigns, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll ensure all affiliate activities are aligned with our brand objectives, run smoothly, and are continuously optimised for maximum impact.You'll be great in this role if you:

Bring a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
Have 1-2 years of experience in partnership marketing or paid media
Communicate with confidence and clarity, building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with ease
Know your way around performance data, with the ability to compile reports and translate insights into action
Understand affiliate marketing principles and know how to engage and grow partner relationships
Are familiar with tracking tools and pacing reports used in affiliate campaigns
Have a basic understanding of contract processes and financial admin (e.g. POs, invoices)
Have completed industry-accredited training (bonus!)
Have hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards (bonus!)
Have been exposed to strategic planning and campaign optimisation (bonus!)
Stay curious about industry trends and emerging affiliate strategies (bonus!)
Understand Virgin Australia's brand and how we connect with our customers (bonus!)
