Burswood Park is more than just a park - it's a vibrant tapestry of diverse events and activations, community engagement and cultural celebration.Your RoleAs the Corporate Support Officer, you will provide effective and efficient coordination and administration support to the executive services function and manage the timely secretarial and administrative service to the Chief Executive, Board and Audit and Risk Committee.Supporting the people and culture function, you will provide accurate and timely advice, assist with policy development, administration and coordination required to facilitate the Human Resources function.The role also performs the front-line reception and customer service function responding to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and being the welcoming face of the agency.SELECTION CRITERIA:Your application will be assessed against the following essential selection criteria:Essential Criteria * Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support at Chief Executive and/or senior management level, acting in a professional, discreet and confidential manner.
  • Experience supporting board and/or committee administrative functions, including minute taking, agenda distribution, paper submission review, including the aptitude to assist with Board management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including providing quality customer service and the ability to develop ongoing positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Well-developed computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and audio equipment.
