RoleData Manager (Level 5 & 6)Be part of a team driving uplift in data management, supporting transformation and governance initiatives.You will:

Implement and improve data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to provide insights and monitor data quality.
Manage data taxonomies and classifications to ensure consistency and reliability across systems.
Support automation and process improvements to enhance data handling efficiency.
Engage with stakeholders to resolve data issues and deliver tailored solutions.
At Level 6, lead the strategic direction for master data management, establish enterprise policies, and oversee large and complex datasets.

Data EngineerJoin a growing data capability focused on maintaining and improving data warehouse and analytics platforms.You will:

Sustain and enhance ETL processes and pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
Build and maintain dimensional and relational data models to support analytics.
Monitor and optimise data warehouse performance using indexing, partitioning, and tuning techniques.
Ensure compliance with data management policies, including quality, security, encryption, and privacy controls.
Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation (data models, ETL processes, reference artefacts).
Bring 5+ years' experience in ETL development, database management, and data modelling within complex ICT environments.
Experience in ETL development, data modelling and database management.

What You'll Need:

Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Advanced knowledge of data management practices, governance frameworks, or data engineering methods.
Hands-on experience with ETL, data modelling, reporting, and visualisation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to support both technical and non-technical audiences.
