- Total remuneration value of up to $483,619 (L24) up to up to $528,464 (L27)
- Benefits include: 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, 17.5% leave loading is paid for 4 weeks leave, Professional Development Allowance ($21,500 p.a.), Over-time and on-call allowances, Attraction and Retention Incentive Allowance (Granted Private Practice arrangements).

- Mandatory possession of an approved medicine degree from a registered tertiary institution.
- Fellowship or eligibility for Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) (Urology) or equivalent registrable with the Medical Board of Australia.
