- Responding to phone and internal enquiries
- Providing quotes, lead times, and order status updates
- Vetting orders for accuracy and feasibility
- Processing credit claims and applying credit policies
- Offering technical and product support over the phone
- Previous experience in a similar internal customer service or admin coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Solid computer literacy and attention to detail
