
Customer Service Coordinator

- Manage product returns
- Action credit requests and ensure prompt, accurate resolutions
- Provide phone and email support for product and technical issues
- Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and freight claims
- Collaborate with the warehouse and finance teams to finalise credit and stock return processes
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A problem-solver with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Tech-savvy with experience using business systems (Zendesk, Shopify)
- Eagerness to lean and keen to work
- Strong problem solving skills and high initiative
